Honestly, this is a hit. Tough little Mexican restaurant off the highway by the airport. I dropped my wife off for a flight early and hit up Yelp to see what was around. This gritty gem was open early

This place was packed when I showed up for a Saturday lunch. Full parking lot. Almost entirely full of locals. Good sign. Also meant it was a little slow, but that's OK, given the crowd. Had my standa
