I have been a resident of City Summit for going on 3 years and let me tell you - I almost wasn't. The constant change in management resulted in less than stellar service and a filthy complex - BUT!!!!

I've been living here since June 2017 and I still do. I honestly like the place. The new management seems to really care and everything goes smoothly.

If I could give this a zero I would. First of all repair your apartments and their is weirdos walking around and do pest control for your apartments 0000
