We walked to the beach, which took us about 30 minutes from the cruise port. The first part is along a road through an industrial area, but before very long, there are trails to cut over to the beach.

Having to kill a few hours before our flight, we picked up some lunch and found Kanaha Beach Park, literally across the street from the airport. It's a huge park, complete with picnic tables, a pavil.

I choose to walk from cruise port, definitely doable but a good 30 minute walk & parts along the homeless camps right on either side, which totally harmless. Nice little park with beautiful views of .
