You’ve probably passed Sawaddee dozens of times on your way to make that god forsaken line at Katana. And that’s a shame. This Thai restaurant does things with pork that are worthy of a line, too. Our favorite is the kor noo yang—grilled slices of pork with a tangy dipping sauce that really takes the pork to the exosphere. The Isaan pork sausage and yum woon sen complete the pork trifecta that you should order for lunch. And if you ask for spice with your jumping squid, they will deliver. It’s easy to grab a table here during the week and casual enough for a post-beach meal.
