amazingly kind and wonderful staff! I had to board my cats due to an emergency and everyone was so kind and understanding of our situation and gave my cats excellent care while they were in the hotel!

Located in the huge strip mall off of busy Big Beaver. Inside is a large pet supply store, and grooming service. Huge selection, good prices. Staff seemed nice. Everything was clean and in good repair

What is the point of having hours if you close whenever you "have staff"? Your hours are not honest online.
