I was very fortunate to complete my Permanent Makeup training with Eva at Eva Bay Beauty Studio. The training was extremely well-organized and included theory, written learning, and hands-on practice.
Staff needs to wear mask not only gloves. Thatsone of the why i dont recommend this place. Also, they say its not painful because they have good numbing cream. But thats a lie! Its very painful!!! Bad
