Walked in and 2 workers sat down looking at me like I was crazy instead of taking my order waited for 5 minutes and they stayed sitting

I thought part of the service was answering the phone ? What happened to that ? I can understand if someone went deaf but I seriously doubt all of them are. I believe maybe one absolute person possibl
