Meat and sides were good. I really liked the variety and taste of the sausage. Staff were great. Old west/country decor. Pricey.

Stopped by Schoepf's while making the drive from Austin to Dallas. They had really good brisket but I the pork ribs really stood out big time. The ribs were one of the top ribs I've enjoyed in a while

I definitely enjoyed my meal here. I went after lunch when nobody was there so it was nice and quick service. The place looks cool too. Felt like I was in a small town out in the country. It was clean
