Here I am, 9th in line, zero employees. Door is open but does anyone even work here? This should have taken 2 minutes. Total fail. Oh! 5 minutes later one employee showed up. One.... Sad..

The staff was rude, and the system said a car would be ready by a certain time and that was not the case, based on the experience here it wasn't on the system, it seems more so the staff doesn't care

Leo is the best! He is very patient and always very helpful, very knowledgeable too. This is the only spot I rent my cars. Thank you Leo and your team!
