Even though the service is pleasant and the food is good, this place consistently only deserves three stars. The reason? They are just so slow and disorganised. They have the weirdest system I’ve eve.

Shocking service. Queued for 50 minutes to be told they had ran out of the majority of the menu items AT THE TILL. While still showing a sign on the counter for something they have no stock of. Booths

Great customer service. Staff always helpful and polite. Good choice of food/cakes. Visit quote often. Cafe nice and bright inviting.
