Very knowledge company! when I called for help the guy that answered the Phone was more then willing to give me advice and about steps I could take to fix my drain if I wanted to do it myself....turns

I was told the appointment was for a "free quote" to determine the cause of my bathroom drain clog. I was instead charged $99 for them to unscrew a drain and pull out some hair. Very overpriced.
