Received the wrong order, again! Ordered the carls burger but got the western. I would have complained,but drove home before finding out they had screwed up again!

The food is mostly good here. The staff usually seems friendly and competent. Do not go here very often anymore. The food in my opinion is expensive for what you get. Recommend getting the app for you

I know fast food restaurants can be extremely inconsistent. But this particular Carl's Jr. Has exceptional customer service. I go there about twice a month during lunchtime and The food is always hot
