Tried a different dumpling this time, pork and shrimp. I thought it would be a mousse of pork and shrimp, similar to a sui mai. There was an actual whole shrimp inside the dumpling! Almost like a soup

Feb. 2026 - it's been a few months since we've visited. This is the only place to find authentic dumplings, soups, and main entrees. The dumplings are not all dough and no filling, made fresh and hot.
