Solid community, decent prices for the area. Had to break our lease and there wasn't any sort of leniency which sucked but I get it. Pool isn't heated, lame during winter season.

Starting with the positives, this apartment complex has nice rooms and amenities. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. For whatever reason, construction seems to be a common occurrence here,

The addison at universal has been great living here. we absolutely love it here. The dog park is our favorite feature.
