The location and the cleanliness.The lack of amenities - no blow dryer, no iron, no coffee maker - no comfortable chair to sit in.

Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Had a good night’s sleep after a long day at the beach.

This place is exceptionally clean and kept up. Great management and friendly staff. It’s also unbelievable value for the money.
