Very poor service! I made an appointment a week ahead to look for a mother of the groom dress. When I got there they said I didn't have a record of my appointment. A lady said she would help me anyway

I've been to this location a few times over the years, as a bridesmaid and this time I got to go as a bride. I booked my appointment for the middle of the day on a Friday - honestly if you're able to
