The Roundhouse dining room is one of the few places in Beacon where you can dress up without feeling super silly. But the large patio is much more fun and casual, with couples listening to the serene waterfall sounds and families parked at a table with bowls of crispy brussels sprouts and a tablet playing Bluey. The juicy fried chicken sandwiches are great for recovering from hiking up Beacon’s Fire Tower Mountain, and refreshing cucumber cocktails are ideal for cooling off next to the creek.
