The staff were friendly hence the 4 stars. However, I don't see how this is a sustainable concept or business practice. They charge exorbitant prices for mediocre cookies. I won't be patronizing Insom

I stopped in with a pre order on a Friday night and they keep the box nice and warm as they wait for you to come and pick up your cookies! I got their classic chocolate chip cookies and they were deli
