The food was so-so. The staff was courteous and friendly, which makes giving a 3 star review difficult. I mean, I've had worse American/Chinese food before, but my experience here left me disappointed

Food is awful. They use frozen chicken balls for their General Tso's chicken. More bread than chicken. Reminded me of circus food.
