Getting through to the store to check status on perscription is ridiculous. The people that answer the phone call for the store is Rude and have nasty attitudes

I tried calling this store several times, and was never able to reach anyone. The recording said they were experiencing system failure. Better hope your life doesn't depend on reaching anyone in this

Also, you may want to train your staff better in communicating effectively timelines.
