I just wanted to say the whole team including maintenance has been very helpful and responsive and I appreciate it. Also Joanna is a great addition to the team and is great with tenants. Overall good

You literally can not make this stuff up. The took away over 30 parking spots from residents to build ADUs to which they are non stop working on. There's always so much noise starting as early as 7:30

Do NOT live at Los Feliz Village - it is very much a business and not a renter friendly place to live. First of all, the apartments are by no means "high amenities", the only difference between it and
