The worst Panda Express location I've been to. The lo main was basically all cabbage and the meat was dry and all breading.

Other locations are better, the orange chicken was soggy and did not seem fresh and delivery driver Cesar did not follow delivery instructions. Also didn't include utensils and napkins as asked for.
