This practice looked and functioned more like a train station during the rush hour. Providers did not seem to care much about the patient: no follow up, no prescription refills without many phone call
I went there 5 weeks ago. I was suppose to hear from their gel person for an appt. with a knee shot. since I hadnt heard I called there 3 different times to talk to someone about the appt. all 3 times
They made me wait 2 hours to be seen which was grossly unprofessional . The Dr was not attentive when he finally came in and rushed through everything and kept asking if there was anything else when h
