WM is the WORST. They missed 2 of my recycling pick ups, charged me the full amount, and they charge to pick up your bins if you cancel b/c their service is so terrible - then they charged me AGAIN af

When it snows, WM would not pick up your trash for a week. When I cancelled the service with them, WM charged me $85.86 for 'energy' and "picking up the bin" fee. They are crooks and lazy!
