The falafel is fluffy and fried to a shade of golden brown worthy of its own Pantone swatch, and their tabouli salads and silky hummus all have a zesty punch of herbs and lemon. Though endlessly respawning Doordashers are a testament to Sinya’s take-out-order greatness, we’re big fans of grabbing one of the five underutilized two tops and just digging in once our food shows up out of the kitchen.
