Nurses are great, but the lab receptionist is one of the rudest humans I've met. Why is she allowed to talk to patients this way is beyond me.

The skinny blonde receptionist was not helpful at all. She walked away in mid conversation, was not educated on the proper procedures, lacked etiquette and simply made us want to not come here anymore

I left a negative review some time ago but since then everything has been wonderful and Grand Canyon Family. The staff and the scheduling has been wonderful. Annie Hart is the best!
