This has go to be the worst Costa i have ever known!! On entry there was rubbish on most of the tables, litter strewn across the floor and the air con was blowing ot cold air in the middle of winter!!

I came in through the drive through and i got a white hot chocolate but when i sipped it was warm water with no flavour- poor

Had nice coffee and cake in this café this morning, but very upset to find both toilets out of order. One toilet has been out of order for a long time. This is very inconvenient when you go in with y.
