Naturally, the most convenient place to eat or drink before a show at the venerable Ramova Theater is the grill and bar attached to it. But the spicy chili is a headliner in its own right, and full of complexity thanks to spices like aleppo pepper and cardamom. Order a supporting act to dip into this star dish, like a mini grilled cheese, mini duck fat corn dog, or bulgogi slider. We also like the cheesy portobello melt with pickled onions, which pairs perfectly with a house-brewed beer from resident brewery, Other Half. Ramova has a little retro diner section on one side with checkered floors and red stools, but if you prefer being in the present, grab a spot in the larger taproom with minimalist light wooden accents.
