We worked with Carlos at the Dublin location for our new floors. We had awful carpet, but these guys came in and did a fantastic job. Carlos was easy to work with and guided us every step of the way.

Thank you for acknowledging that it was the installers' mistake on my bathroom. It took me 5 1/2 years to resolve this issue, and I'm thrilled that it's finally fixed. The new installation is gorgeous
