I called the place three times to check on the availability of a tile. Three times the system made me wait 10 minutes and then dropped the call stating that it cannot complete it.

My husband and I love this place!!! Not only do they have wonderful prices and a fabulous selection, the employees are so incredibly helpful and friendly. So many other places act like it is a bother
