Mills Market used to be a Vietnamese grocery store before they cleared out the aisles and turned the space into an excellent food hall. It’s quality over quantity when it comes to the five vendors. You can get a crackly banh mi from Bánh Mì Boy, dozens of different onigiri from UniGirl, and pork belly too crunchy to eat in a library courtesy of Kai Kai BBQ. There’s no weak link in the lineup and not a single bad decision on any menu. So bring a hungry group and go wild. Just be prepared to stand while you eat. Chairs are a precious resource inside.
