The front desk people could be nicer. The instructors were okay. The seats are hard so you will do a lot of standing.

Nothing against the instructor or staff, but this was the most obnoxious class I've ever been to. It was deafeningly loud the entire time and gave me a headache afterwards. When I left I noticed that
