office staff there is the worse, they should quit if they hate their job. otherwise they need training on how to have a better attitude when answering phones.

I called with a 4 year old that was having difficulty breathing. They put me on hold for 11 minutes before come back on and asking "How can I help you?". Save your money and find a better provider.

We love this practice. They are very busy but efficient. I have always felt the providers care very much for our kids.
