Employees are knowledgeable and helpful more than any other pet supplies store that I've been to. With three stores in the area I will be going to Norton always!

management is terrible at the Norton location!!! they treat their employees like they are a piece of garage. They talk down to them and basically tell them they are stupid. Also, their prices are 10%
