Flaky, chewy, and perfectly crispy, the roti can be topped with everything from fruit and condensed milk to plant-based sausage with fried eggs. Each roti is super filling, under $15, and is more effective at powering us through the rest of the day than a carton of chocolate-covered coffee beans.
