I generally have a great experience at McDonald's--quick service, hot food, and tasty classics--so I don't post reviews often. But I wanted to share this one so management can improve. Visit: Oct 4, ~

adding a star because today I noticed a small improvement.. the guy on the speaker was easy to understand and polite. It was a nice change from the usual experience where i pull up and sit in silence

Walked in with my 5 year old he was so excited to go on the playground but we were greeted by a rude staff member who told us to use kiosk cause she was busy but I told her I would rather order in per
