Most incompetent operators I have ever dealt with. Fail to follow instructions. Ultimately caused damage and added unnecessary charges to facilitate getting vehicle back on the road. Avoid this compan

I needed a tow and insurance company got a different company who never came after waiting almost 2 hours so they called Arrow and he was there less than 10 minutes!! very nice man!

The driver lied and overcharged me, saying that he had to tow my car home. NOT TRUE. The sheriff arrived on the scene, my car was pullout of a ditch and I followed the sheriff home in my own vehicle.
