Late policy is insane. Left my house 30 minutes early and called to let them know I may be running late because of traffic. I arrived one minute late and was refused entry. I understand if I was 5-10

I am completely disappointed with the late policy. After driving a half hour and only being 1 minute late, I was refused entry and this is terrible costumer service in my opinion. 30 mins is gas money
