Checked in online early and waited an hour and a half! Some lady walks in and was taken right away. Then i get a text saying my appointment was canceled? I walked out and was never acknowledged

She is awful! I stopped going there awhile ago. But my husband went today. Told him he's getting an ear infection but no antibiotics. We won't be back! Care Now is the only place to go in Saginaw.

Had an appt at 3:40pm. I showed up 20 min early as they only asked to be here 10min before your appt. It is 4:32pm and they still have not taken me or acknowledge I am here. Last time here!!!!
