I have never been to a fast food restaurant with worse customer service. Likely stems from leadership/management. These people need some serious training on how to interface with the general public

For one every time I go to this Wendy's, the food is disgusting. It's dry. It's not fresh. You wait forever in the line. The service is awful. The manager summer refuses service and the general manage

the lady got mad because I didn't want a drink with my meal. she had pink hair and was extremely rude. I WOULD NOT eat here. They also gave me my food and it was soggy and gross.
