I went in around 12:30pm today. The bagel selection was minimal. I had to laugh when I went to pay and there was a tip suggestion. A tip reflects the service. No one welcomed me, smiled or thanked me.

All our sandwiches were missing something. Lots of people just standing around. When I asked for my cheese they slapped it on without melting it. No napkins had to get paper towels from the restroom.
