Fully booked bankers were just sitting around talking the whole time I was there. I really need the managers to either figure out what fully booked means or hire more bankers who will actually work

Very unprofessional!!!!!!! The banker had me waiting for 45 minutes before he actually helped me and then said if he can't finish in 20 minutes he'd have to kick me out and take his next appointment.
