Very bad experiance. I made a reservation at 5pm and they closed at 5 pm how does that make any sense. The customer service phone number just says that its their decision to do that. Didnt end up grtt

This facility strives to ensure you're not upgraded...ever. I actually had an associate tell me the upgrades are looked at and he couldn't give me a different car. I told him I was Presidents circle.
