Very disappointed in customer service, considering this store depends on their tourist trade. While visiting Franklin, I bought 2 items from this store, which totaled way more than I thought it should

I really liked the store while shopping for my wife's Valentine's gifts.....until I was asked if they could hold the items I had in my hands while I finish shopping. I was the only person in the store
