I should have paid attention to the many lousy reviews which management seems to ignore because most of their credit unions have bad reviews . Poor customer service. Takes days to get a return phone c

Used to love this bank. As soon as they switched over I've had nothing but issues every week. Would highly recommend any bank other than this at this point
