The people who run this shop should not be in retail. They are icy, sarcastic and snobbish. They seem to have disdain for their customers. I've tried a few times with them, not going back.

Always informative staff, plenty of tea items, it is more traditional but great items for all your tea needs and more. I particularly enjoy the mango sencha tea and earl grey teas!
