Overall the customer service here was very disappointing. The shelves were only half stocked and the lady who checked me out was very rude. She walked away in the middle of me checking out do to liter

The boss or manager was yelling at an employee for laughing while he was on the phone in front of us. It was very shocking and uncomfortable for everyone involved. Also half of the store is cautioned

Service is awful. Never gonna shop in Party City. BTW target has the same stuff much cheaper
