Vernick Coffee Bar in the Comcast Center is one of the nicest places to grab a croissant and some coffee in the city. The post-apocalyptic chic space has massive indoor trees, glass walls, and a white dome. There’s tons of open space and you can choose from a menu of Caffè Umbria coffee, housemade baked goods, grain bowls, and sandwiches. A huge plus: they take reservations here so you don’t have to plot a seating strategy while you’re in line.
