Employee smoking at entrance. I don't want to stink like them. Food not what ordered. No ice at machine. Order taker curt. Restaurant dirty.

The last two times we've gone the food was horrible. Cold food after waiting 15 minutes. Drive thru was busy, so I don't understand everything I'd ordered was cold. Cheese wouldn't melt on the burger
