Tried to set up an appointment to see a doctor as a new patient. The receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending. Her refusal might just be a blessing!

Waited 4 months patiently to set up care, late by 5 minutes. Denied care forever, cool.

Um I got super unwell after a period of time I tried to get my doctor to understand and instead I got lack of accountability gaslighting and ignored. Shocked at how customer service has gone downhill
